To make the most of your first appointment with your vet we have a new patient center. Once you have scheduled your visit using our convenient web-based calendar, you are ready to print off your paperwork. All of the forms and policies you have to read and sign prior to your first appointment are included here. We save you time, while also giving you plenty of time to read all of the fine print.
We recommend all pets come in for a wellness check at least once per year. This is the perfect time to discuss any changes or concerns you have with the health of your pet. We want to hear about any issues that need further investigation. During this appointment we can also talk about good nutrition and exercise, in terms of lifestyle advice for your pets.
It’s a good idea to bring a list of questions or concerns that you have about your pet’s health when you come see your veterinarian. If your pet is currently taking any medication or supplements, you want to also bring those along or at least a list of the names.
